APOGEESupport
Need help with Apogee? Here's how to reach us and how to do the most common things.
Contact us
- support@apogeeathlete.comHelp with your account, the app, verified lifts, or purchases. You can also use Settings > Support in the app.
- safety@apogeeathlete.comChild safety: anything sexual involving a minor, an adult pressuring a teen, or an account you think belongs to someone under 14. If a child is in immediate danger, call 911.
- privacy@apogeeathlete.comData requests: get a copy of your information, correct it, or have it deleted. Parents can ask about or delete their teen's account here.
Delete your account
- Open Apogee and go to your Profile.
- Open Settings and scroll to Account Actions.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account is hidden from everyone right away and permanently deleted after 30 days. Changed your mind? Log back in within 30 days to restore it. Can't get into the app? Email privacy@apogeeathlete.com from the email on your account.
Deleting your account doesn't cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it first in your Apple ID settings (see below), or it keeps billing.
Manage or cancel a subscription
Apogee Plus and Pro are billed by Apple, so they're managed and cancelled in your Apple ID settings, not in Apogee:
- On your iPhone, open Settings and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions, then Apogee.
- Tap Cancel Subscription (or choose a different plan).
Or open apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to stop the next renewal; you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Bought something on a new phone? Use Restore Purchases on the Plans screen.
Report content or a user
- A post: tap the three dots on the post (or long-press it in a grid) and tap Report.
- A comment, a message, a check-in, or a group: use the Report option on it.
- An account: open their profile, tap the three dots, and tap Report. You can block them from the same menu.
Our team reviews reports and acts on objectionable content, typically within 24 hours. For child safety, report in the app and also email safety@apogeeathlete.com.
Parent approval
If you're 14 or 15, a parent or guardian needs to approve your account before you can post, comment, message, or be found in search. When you sign up, we email them a link to review Apogee and approve it.
- Didn't get the email? Check spam, then open Apogee and tap Send again, or send it to a different email.
- Parents: open the link in our email to approve. If someone asks to message your teen, we'll email you to approve or decline them, and you can remove approved people any time from the link in our emails.
- Questions about your teen's account, or want it deleted? Email privacy@apogeeathlete.com.
